我國于1 981年推行了JB2882—8l《載重汽車用玻璃升降器技術(shù)條件》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)我國汽車玻璃升降器的制造使用及檢測情況，并參照國際上有關(guān)的先進(jìn)技術(shù)指標(biāo)及數(shù)據(jù)，修改制定了汽車行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)QC／T29026--91《汽車用玻璃升降器試驗(yàn)方法》和QC／T29027—91《汽車用玻璃升降器技術(shù)條件》，并于1991年頒布實(shí)施，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對于汽車玻璃升降器的基本技術(shù)性能及測試方法作了明確的規(guī)定。由于目前我國大量使用的主要為臂式玻璃升降器，其它類型特別是柔式玻璃升降器尚缺乏有關(guān)的技術(shù)資料和技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)，故上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僅適用于臂式玻璃升降器，其它類型玻璃升降器亦可參照執(zhí)行[191。 由于臂式玻璃升降器制造工藝相對簡單，成本低，目前我國80％左右的汽車玻璃升降器采用臂式玻璃升降器。而柔式玻璃升降器從平穩(wěn)性、運(yùn)動阻力來說大大優(yōu)于前者結(jié)構(gòu)更緊湊，且安裝和布置都較為方便，但目前我國關(guān)于柔式升降器尚無正式的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

電動式玻璃升降器用可逆直流電動機(jī)和減速器取代手搖式升降器的搖手柄，可通過控制按鈕實(shí)現(xiàn)集中控制。其電機(jī)采用永磁鐵可逆直流電動機(jī)，如圖所示。電壓方向可正反向切換，以保證電機(jī)軸的正反向旋轉(zhuǎn)。電機(jī)軸端設(shè)有蝸輪蝸桿機(jī)構(gòu)作為一級減速，進(jìn)而在蝸輪軸上的小齒輪驅(qū)動升降器扇形齒輪進(jìn)行二級減速，從而帶動升降臂升降。一般在車門的內(nèi)側(cè)裝有動力車窗控制開關(guān)，以便靠近車窗的乘員根據(jù)各自的需要來開啟車窗的大小。在駕駛員車門內(nèi)側(cè)還設(shè)有集中控制開關(guān)和主開關(guān)。駕駛員可以通過集中控制開關(guān)隨時(shí)對所有車窗分別實(shí)現(xiàn)升降。特別是當(dāng)主開關(guān)置于off時(shí)，其它控制開關(guān)將會失效，只有駕駛員側(cè)的集中控制開關(guān)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)各車窗的升降。
